Happy Earth Day!
Every year I am astounded at how many beautiful things I was able to see.  And countless others-- the billions and billions of stars that are brilliant down here at the Needles, the sunrises and sunsets, the wild animals (badgers, deer, bear, moose, marmots, porcupines etc), the change of seasons, the clap of thunder. I love this tradition of posting your best nature shots from the previous year as a tribute to the beautiful world we live in. I'd love to see yours!

Wow! SO beautiful, Angela. What a feeling of reverence and awe. Every time I'm out in nature I think to myself, "And this is the telestial world?!" Thank you for posting these!

That pile of excellent nature photos is good for the soul. I have no less than 10 favorites. I love how that family of subalpine fir is perfectly in front of the cathedral group next to the patriarch.
