Red Rock Ranger

My patch design is being used for the Red Rock Junior Ranger program here in Canyonlands. It combines cultural (the native american pot design on the outside) and natural history (the yucca plant) and geology (rocks).

Ang! I could have sworn that you found my blog a few months ago and left me a comment or something. I guess I thought wrong! Did you read two posts back? It was about you! Ang, you have no idea how bad I want to come see you before you leave. When do you get off work again? And you always have Sundays and Mondays off, right? How did you get involved with the Prop 8 calling thing? That sounds really cool. I registered my blog with them. I could keep going on forever with the post I wrote today. I'd love to talk to you about it some time. Will you still be around Nov. 22nd? Kelly and I are going to try to do a half marathon in Southern UT that day. Kelly's all the way committed, I got into training a bit late because of an injury, so we'll see. Anyway, we gotta talk...SOON!

Cool! I love that design! My kids need to become Junior Rangers so they can have that cool badge . . . wish I was young enough to get one too!
