Swiss Cheese and Sandflats

The other day Brian and I decided to get out and explore Swiss Cheese Ridge-- a high ridge full of amazingly deep potholes. . . pretty dang cool.

The next day I went hiking with the Allreds out on Sandflats. We wandered out over the sandstone until we came to Mill Creek Canyon. The weather was unseasonably warm and the hike was awesome.

Even the boos were happy all day! Just another reason to love Moab.

Ohh, my goodness! More amazing terrain that I've never heard of or seen! It must have been cold since Angela is standing on ice in that pothole.

Man, that's one cute kid. Those big blue eyes are irresistible. Those pot holes look cool! I'm going to do my darnest to find a teaching job down south in a few years. That would be so much fun.
